Support people to live well at home, helping with daily routines, personal care and companionship. We value kindness and reliability over previous experience.

Duties and responsibilities

Help with washing, dressing and personal care
Support with meals, medication prompts and mobility, within scope
Provide companionship and keep an eye on wellbeing
Follow each person's care plan and report changes

What you need

A caring, reliable and patient nature
Good spoken English and the right to work in the UK
Willingness to complete training

Nice to have

Previous care experience (not essential, full training is provided)
