About us
The people behind your care
Choosing care for someone you love is a big step. We are a local team that takes the time to understand the person, not just the task, and to make the whole thing feel manageable.
- Dignity first
- Reliable
- Local Chesterfield

Why we do this
Good care at home can be the difference between coping and thriving. We started AddiCare to give local families a team they can rely on, with support shaped around the person rather than a fixed template.
Every care journey begins with a conversation and an assessment, so we understand what matters before anything else. If there is a real founder or family story to tell, it will appear here once approved.
Our approach
Care built around the person
Person-centred care is not a slogan to us. It is a set of habits we keep on every visit, so the person stays in control of how they are supported and families always know where they stand.
- We assess needs properly before anything begins.
- We match carers thoughtfully and introduce them.
- We keep families informed, with the right permission.
- We review care plans and adjust as needs change.
